So fast. Star Awards is over liaoz. Ytd's show was exciting and shocking as well. The results were so shocking, esp the top 10 and best male actor. I thought Tay Ping Hui would get it, but I wanted Zhang Yaodong to get of cuz cos he so shuai. But the winner was Tay Ge Ping. Im happy for him la as he is already so senior and he waited for 20 yrs liaoz then can get such an honourable award, but it is really shocking. The best female actress was Yvonne Lim. Despite such competitive rivals like Ivy Lee and Huang Biren, and the all-so-beautiful Joanne Peh and Jesseca Liu, she still managed to get the award. Not very shocking cos her acting in Metamorphosis was really good, but still quite surprised.
The most shocking results will have to go to the top 10 female artistes. Only 3 of the 7 princesses got in??!!! How can??!!! The all-so-beautiful Jeanette and Joanne nv get in!!! How can??!!!
The top ten female artistes were: Quan Yifeng, Xiang Yun, Huang Biren, Ivy Lee, Michelle Chia, Felicia Chin, Jesseca Liu, Ruien, Vivan Lai, Kym Ng
The top 10 male artistes were: Mark Lee, Christopher Lee, Tay Ping Hui, Zhang Yaodong, 715, Elvin Ng, Gurmit Singh, Edmund Chen, Dasmond Koh, Bryan Wong
Fann Wong actually presented the award to Christopher Lee and he kissed her twice!!! Xiao Zhu was so shocked and he super cute la. He was so funny ytd on stage.
So happy that Elvin Ng and Zhang Yaodong got in, but so disappointed Shaun Chen din get in while his gf Michelle Chia got in. He somemore kissed her before she went on stage. Awww. So sweet.
And the best drama of the year is Metamorphosis. YEAH!!! That show is nice lorz. They deserve this award, but so sad the best female actress from this show is Yvonne not Ruien. Hais. Feel so sad for Ruien.
And Pornsak got the Best Newcomer!!! YEAH!!! He also deserve it cos he's super good la!!! Can host equally well in both English and Chinese. And his tongue is sharp also. But actually I wanted Cheng Xi or Nat Ho to get cos they shuai. But Pornsak also good la. He deserve it.
Another shocking result is the best supporting actress. May Phua got the award for Xing Fu Shuang Ren Chuang. I think they gave her the award cos she is the only senior actress among all the nominees. If based on acting, I think Ezann Lee should get cos she's quite new and yet she could act retarded so well. She even went to MINDS to observe their behaviour, so hardworking horz.
The best supporting actor was Darren Lim. Dunno why they gave him the award when he wasn't even present at the ceremony. Though he's acting was quite good, I think Huang Jiong Yao's acting was better.
The best Host went to Mark Lee. Though I think Mark Lee is good, but Quan Yifeng or Bryan Wong is better.
aiya. The biggest winner of the day is Xiao Zhu and Kim Jeong Hoon la. Both oso so shuai.
Kim Jeong Hoon was so shy but he look so cute when he blushed!!!
Xiao zhu dance and sing so well. And He was so cute and funny when presenting the top 10 male artiste award with Fann.
Love them both!!!
